I chose this video for several reasons. First I like Disney charter. because it is so cute and they are funny. Second This movie topic is Christmas. as soon December 25th will be Christmas, so i choose this video for Christmas carol song. and I love the word that they use in the video like "LALALALALALA!" this one. Santa is riding deer to give present with some stars. My friend will like my video, because many people like Disney charters and They also like to here carol song, because of Christmas I hope my friends watches this video and they get smile, as well.

  Risk-Taker

Describe a time when you were a risk-taker. What new thing did you try? How did it turn out in the end?

When i was at Korea, I went to field trip with my classmate. we went to ride a sky. But i was really scary to ride sky. because when i was fall down i will get sick. so i said to my teacher."Mrs. I don't want to ride." but my teacher said to me "Jiwoo, you have to try." my teacher said me. but i was still afraid to ride sky. We can ride sky just winter, so i didn't ride sky usually. my friend also afraid to ride sky. so we are thinking. Suddenly my teacher riding sky. and we saw that. it was wonderful. I change my mine to ride sky.

But first time i get fall down. and i was cry. but i practice and practice. so i can ride sky. but not really. so learn when i rick-taker. i can get brave.and now i like to riding sky

ESL 7 Unit 1 Fimal project

 Here is the Storybird that i created. It is called at the city and it is about elephant and fish went to ice cream shop, and they have wonderful party. Suddenly monster come to the city and they break the city, but robot came to the city help the people and they get win. They feel so happy, So they have some party.

At the city

“I feel interesting to meet cute elephant" Fish was so happy to meet elephant.

"haha I am so happy to meet my friend." Pang~ Pang~ “oh car sound. It so smell car fumes.”

"I'm going to meet small fish." Elephant also happy to meet fish, Pang~ Pang~ “oh car sound” I think I didn’t take shower so smelly! haha 

"Umm... what should we do?"

"I fell boring because of many car and smells car fumes. We are going to eat cold ice cream. " They are finding ice cream shop. "Ok let's going to eat delicious ice cream" Pang~ Pang~ “again! So smell because of car fumes.”

"Let's go,"

Small fish and cute elephant shout loud

"Look at that ice cream! So beautiful.” Many people want to buy that ice cream and they are shouting. “Now I like this smell! Oh fresh air! ”

“Hey, I fell so exited!”  The man was glad to meet elephant and fish. "Hello" and he was pleased "We will eat ice cream" many people are standing a line and they are shouting. “I can smell delicious ice cream. ”

We have wonderful party at ice cream shop it was interesting! “This drink is delicious and I love this song” 

“And this ice cream is so cool.” They can smell delicious juice.

Suddenly someone ugly come to city. “I will eat this city"

"And I will broke the large city. This city feel so boring" and they can smell dirty fur. People were scary because they can hear broking city.

"Me too I will eat city and I am angry now."  

Ugly monster is eating small car. And people were crying and the car is broking people can smell engine’s smell.

 They are eating." I will break the city too."

Many monsters came to the big city. "Give me money, if you don’t give me money I will feels angry! ” and the little child was crying, and said to monster, "I. … Don’t ... have… Money…." The little child can’t breath, because of monster smell.

And strong Robert helps. And he was winning. “ I am so glad! We were win! Ha-ha can you give me hot coffee? I love coffee smell!" helicopter are moving.

And the big city get clean,  "Yes, strong robot we can give you! I am feeling glad.” People are shouting to Robot. “Now we can smell fresh air and fresh tree.” 

"Yes me too."

" We were win, and I feel so wonderful, because of handsome robot. "Can we have some wonderful party?" they are dancing and singing. Robot can smell engine.

"Yes! "  Everyone wants to have funny party. “Let’s have some party! And we have to invite many people to join our party." They are shouting. “ I love this food smell, I want to eat now!”

"Let's sing, I feel funny to this party.” They were singing a song. And dance. Suddenly some people said I am hungry and they eat food. "Wow, this food is delicious and beautiful."

And they were enjoying their party. "Party was great! And I am so happy!"

They think party was great. "Next time we can make more nice party, and food was also delicious and look pretty.” They are go back to house, feel fresh air .

ESL 7- Unit ! reflection- storytelling

My Reflection about story telling

Reading and telling story is differences. Because reading is use one voice and no acting. but telling story is we are telling someone, so we have to change voice and having acting. My difficult parts was recording my video. because i was shy to recording video,so i was laugh.The part of easy for me was using gargeBand and imovie, because i can use gargeBand and imovie well. I learned the most important things to rememver when telling s astory is we have to change our voice, using many tones and have a acting.

I think my project is successful because i use much time to make that and this is my first project, and I fell enough with my video.I feel my video is pride, because i use much time to make that.

I think i can understand what is difference between reading a story and telling a story, because reading story is we read with one voice and but telling story is we have tell each other so we have to read the people can understand. so different voice, have some acting.

I enjoy making storybird. because making stroybird is so fun i can choose the picture and making story is interesting. I didn’t enjoy part was grammar and making adjective. because my grammar is not really good.

Form IB profile, I learn about Thinker, because when i make my storybird,and garageband I have to think what should i have to do, and put music for my imovie. so I learn from this project Thinker.

First Question: What are the difference between Reading a story and telling story?

Story Reflection

My story board image

 I used this unite lot of tools. I use google doc, Mrs.Raisdana blog. 

First, i used story board for making story and put picture, second I used Google doc to sharing my idea and my friend's idea. and show work. Third I used Mrs.Raisdana blog, for looking example of story bird.

I also used lots of sites. I used Story Bird, Gmail, Blogger and Youtube. First I used Story bird to making my story. Second I used Gmail for sharing idea with friend and teacher. Third I used blogger to make my own blog and write about me and this story reflection and looking teacher's example.Last i use Youtube to watching video about story telling.

Finally, i use many skills,i learned making story skills and learned editing adjective, and copy/paste skill, i learned posting skill and screen shot skills. I used copy/paste to my document to google document, i learn screen shot, my story bird picture and print. Last i used posting at my blong.

I think i did well making story and i need to improve my gramer.

This all things i used this unit.
